In order to make this initial assessment, please complete the questionnaire as much as possible with all the information you require. On the basis of this information, we examine the opportunities and risks and submit you a fixed price offer for the further course of action. If the initial check turns out be negaitve, I will inform you and of course make no fixed price offer.
Fixed price - comprehensible and fair fixed price for our well-defined service
If you accept our fixed price offer, the costs are traceable and fair. When we place an order, we conclude a corresponding fee agreement that extends to the defined services (examination / advice) according to the SMART PACKAGE you have chosen.

As a general rule, we will invoice all other subsequent services, such as correspondence or negotiations with your employer, on terms and fees that are stipulated by the Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz (RVG/laywers compensation act) - unless we make another compensation agreement.
The basis for the amount of the legal fees is the so-called object value of the dispute and this in turn is defined by law or supreme court case law.
